Behavior Technician (BT)
Position Overview
As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children with autism to help develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through evidence-based ABA therapy.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Support skill development through play-based learning
- Track and record client progress
- Collaborate with supervising clinicians and families
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment
Qualifications
- Passion for working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and compassionate attitude
- Experience preferred but not required — we train!

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Position Overview
As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy services under the supervision of a BCBA while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA therapy sessions
- Collect and document behavioral data
- Implement behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors
- Maintain professional and compassionate client care
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification required
- Experience working with children preferred

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Position Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated BCBAs to join our growing clinical team. You will oversee individualized treatment programs, mentor team members, and help create meaningful outcomes for children and families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments

- Supervise RBTs and BTs
- Provide parent training and clinical guidance
